Step by step
Follow the museum task in order

Reach 25% Completed
Follow the visible cleaning and display objectives until Roblox awards the first percentage checkpoint. Do not estimate it from room count.

Continue through 50% and 75%
Keep restoring exhibits and placing finds. Mark each percentage only when the matching badge appears.

Complete a Row and a Shelf
Use the display layout in your current room and confirm Roblox awarded the named row and shelf milestones.

Finish both museums
Record Clean the Museum! for the main museum and Complete the Royal Museum only after those goals are visibly complete.

Fix the current issue
The badge did not award
Recheck the current case or exhibit in-game and wait for Roblox to confirm the goal. The public data does not expose hidden task counts.
The percentage seems different
The site's percentage is checked boxes divided by seven, not the game's internal restoration meter.
